Filming on Albion St, 9th September
Filming for a new thriller drama series, Maya, is taking place in and around the Press Bar in Albion Street on Tuesday 9 September. We have been advised this will be between 11 am and 9 pm. The six part series will be shown next year on Channel 4.
Technical vehicles will be parked from 10 am to 10 pm. We have been assured that disabled bays and access to car parks will not be affected.
The film company has requested clearance of the whole of Albion Street from Ingram Street to George Street.
Filming lights will be in operation after dusk which may cause some inconvenience to residents.
