We are calling all fruit-friendly people to join us in a collective mission to harvest Glasgow’s greatest crop!

Join us at this event to celebrate the launch of our new project, The City is an Orchard Commons, delivered in partnership withThe Orchard Project to find out how you can get involved.

This is for anyone who grows fruit and wants to share it, is interested in collectivising our city’s food resources, or would like to find out more about the many ways to preserve fruit.

A curated scratch night in partnership with Bijli Productions, presenting a selection of brand-new ideas from theatre-makers and live artists from the global majority to an audience keen to see the boldest new performance Glasgow has to offer.

Tron Theatre Company present ANTIGONE

A modern-day retelling of Sophocles’ classic with Antigone fighting for justice for her dead brother. He has been deemed a traitor and must be punished, even in death. Filled with righteous anger, Antigone takes matters into her own hands with devastating consequences.

GLASGOW DOORS OPEN DAYS FESTIVAL

With a theme of Glasgow Goes Out: The Places That Made Us, it seems only fitting that the Tron throw their theatre doors open to the public. Short tours of the full building, including the 16^th century Tron Steeple, will take place every half hour.

When an out-of-work actor takes a job, playing a ghost at an old countryside manor, he expects a few cheap scares — but soon uncovers something far more frightening.  A theatrical horror brought to life with haunting tricks, chilling twists and a generous dose of dark humour. The stage is set… for terror.

IN TRONVERSATION WITH… JOHNNY MCKNIGHT – CELEBRATING 40 YEARS OF THE TRON PANTO

As part of the 40^th anniversary of the Tron Panto celebrations, we will be turning the spotlight on the Grande Dame of Scottish panto, Johnny McKnight. He will be quizzed about his award-winning career in theatre and TV, as well as the pivotal role he has played in changing the landscape of Scottish panto.
