Join Merchant City Park this Saturday between 12pm and 3pm outside iCafe Merchant City. Join us in objecting to plans to build housing on the Ingram St car park site, which would see our beloved trees cut down and our vision for a positive green space in Merchant City destroyed.
At their meeting on 31st May, MCTCC reaffirmed their commitment agreed at their January 2019 meeting “their wish to see the site adjacent to the Old fruit Market bounded by Candleriggs, Ingram & Albion streets become a green, multi function community park.”
