Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, are undertaking essential overnight maintenance on the M8 Woodside Viaducts beneath the structure on the eastbound A804 Dobbies Loan and the westbound A81 between Garscube Road and Port Dundas Road, from Monday 17thOctober to Friday 21st October 2022. The work will take place between 8pm and 6am, each night and the road will re-open as normal outwith these times.
This scheme requires a full closure of the road for the extent of the works, with a signed diversion in operation.
Eastbound traffic will be directed to continue on the A81 Garscube Road to join Cowcaddens Road. From here, vehicles will travel to Port Dundas Road to the A804 Dobbies Loan and the diversion will end. Westbound traffic will follow the same diversion, in the opposite direction.
Please note, emergency service vehicles will also be required to use the diversion route.
