Proposed Traffic Regulation Order – Merchant City

City Centre (Traffic Management) Order 2010 (Variation No.33 – Riverside and Merchant City) Order 202_

Glasgow City Council proposes to consider the introduction of the above named Traffic Regulation Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The purpose of this Order is to enable the provision of on carriageway cycle and pedestrian facilitates in City Centre (Riverside and Merchant City). Therefore enabling safer and more sustainable travel options within the local area and connections to the wider cycle network.

This TRO affects the following streets:
Albion Street, Bell Street, Bridgegate, Broomielaw, Candleriggs, Clyde Street, Howard Street, King Street, Lancefield Quay, Parnie Street, Wilson Street
