Artisan Real Estate proposes to build low carbon new homes for sale with ground floor spaces to work and enjoy on the former City Council owned Ingram Street car park site at 65-97 Ingram Street.
An online public consultation will go live on Tuesday 8th February and will run until 3rd April – a period of 8 weeks,. To comply with Covid 19 requirements, we will hold initial consultation events w/c 7th. On Tuesday 8th February from 3pm-7pm we will use the project website https://65-97ingramstreet.co.uk to hold an online Livechat event.
Artisan is also keen to hold a socially distanced drop in event, which is planned for 3pm-7pm on Wednesday 9th February in the central square of Merchant Square. Attendees are asked to book a time to meet the team in person via Eventbrite . Running the in person event will of course be subject to prevailing Covid guidance and there will be a further round of public consultation events in March as the design progresses.
