Investigation and survey work on M8 Junction 15 Baird St Bridge will commence overnight from 10pm to 6am, each night, between Monday 2nd November until Tuesday 1st December 2020. The road will re-open as normal out with these times.
This essential phase of investigation and survey work will ensure the continued safe operation of the structure and inform any future maintenance schemes that may be required.
The work will be undertaken utilising a series of single lane closures of the eastbound or westbound M8 carriageway, and with full closures required of the on and off slip roads at M8 Junction 15. There will be no access for emergency vehicles during these full closures, although they have been consulted to allow them to make alternative travel arrangements.
