Caledon Properties propose to demolish the existing buildings on the corner of Hutcheson St and Trongate, to replace them with a 173 bed student accommodation development. There is a public consultation event in Metropolitan (Candleriggs) on Wednesday 30th November, between 12pm and 7pm to view the plans. A further consultation event will take place in the same venue in January 2023.
They will also be presenting at the MCTCC meeting on Tuesday 29th November.
